An innovative approach at the heart of medical biology

That's why, at BioLogbook, we've chosen to take an innovative approach to AI by subscribing to the principles of the AI Human Guarantee. In collaboration with Ethik IA, a consultancy specializing in the ethics of artificial intelligence, and SFIL, we have set up a pilot project aimed at guaranteeing permanent human supervision of our AI software dedicated to medical biology.

Promising collaboration to revolutionize CKD treatment

Bio Logbook is a Nantes-based start-up developing an innovative statistical methodology to improve medical diagnosis. Founded in 2018 by Ronan Boutin, a physics engineer, the company relies on the concept of "drift" to anticipate the occurrence of chronic and low-noise diseases.

Bio Logbook's technology enables doctors to identify at-risk patients earlier and better understand complex diseases. This can lead to earlier interventions, better patient care and reduced healthcare costs.

Partnerships with key players in the healthcare sector

Bio Logbook works with leading university hospitals (CHU) and research laboratories to collect data and develop its algorithms. The company is also an active member of the Les Deeptech community, a Bpifrance initiative supporting French deeptech start-ups.

A promising future for Bio Logbook

Bio Logbook has already raised funds and plans to double its workforce by 2024. The company is also developing a beta test to detect those most at risk of developing a severe form of Covid-19.

Bio Logbook awarded for its fight against Covid-19.

The European COVID-X Fund rewards the best technological solutions developed to combat the Covid-19 epidemic. These include the early imbalance detection and prediction software developed by Bio Logbook, in partnership with Liège University Hospital. Bio Logbook is a member of the Creative Care Factory, a program run by Samoa and Harmonie Mutuelle to host and support innovative start-ups in the health, well-being and better living sector. It is the only French start-up to win a prize among the sixteen projects rewarded. This distinction entitles it to €150,000 to deploy its solution and join a ten-month acceleration program.
